Recruiting data is regulated territory. These are the lines the system will not cross, and the reason you can put any profile in front of a person without checking it first.
Every reason is a fact printed on the firm's own site or filed with the SEC. The system will not tell you someone looks unhappy or ready to leave, because it cannot know that.
FINRA's records are prohibited for unsolicited recruiting. They are not used here as a source, at any point.
A name has to appear as firm personnel. Testimonial quotes, article bylines, podcast credits and parent-company board seats are rejected before they reach you.
People are matched to where they actually work, not to the broker-dealer named in a page footer.
Each firm's robots file is read and obeyed. Sites that decline are left alone rather than worked around.
A recruiting approach that goes via the firm's switchboard or general inbox reaches the candidate's boss, not the candidate. Those routes are excluded here on purpose. Only people with a private route appear at all.
Where a firm publishes one address we read its pattern and build a colleague's from it, and label it as derived so you confirm before sending. Where there is no pattern to read, we show no address.
The system drafts. Nothing leaves your name without you reading it and pressing send yourself.
